Thank you for the transaction at Oddlancer website or Oddlancer app.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us. Interpretation and Definitions Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Oddlancer
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to
Affair Alliance Private Limited.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
- Website refers to Oddlancer, accessible from www.oddlancer.com
- You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Subscription Cancellation Rights:
Most content and some of the features on the Web Site are made available to User(s) free of charge. However, Oddlancer reserves the right to terminate access to certain areas or features of the Web Site (to paying or registered User(s)) at any time without assigning any reason and with or without notice to such User(s). Oddlancer also reserves the universal right to deny access to particular User(s) to any or all of its services or content without any prior notice or explanation in order to protect the interests of Oddlancer and/ or other User(s) of the Web Site. Oddlancer further reserves the right to limit, deny or create different access to the
Web Site and its features with respect to different User(s), or to change any or all of the features of the Web Site or introduce new features without any prior notice to User(s).
Oddlancer reserves the right to terminate the membership/subscription of any User(s) temporarily or permanently for any of the following reasons:
(a) If any false information in connection with their account registered with Oddlancer is provided by such User(s), or if such User(s)
are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities/transactions.
(b) If such User(s) breaches any provisions of the Agreement.
(c) If such User(s) utilizes the Web Site to send spam messages or repeatedly publish the same product information. (d) If such User(s) posts any material that is not related to trade or business cooperation.
(e) If such User(s) impersonates or unlawfully uses another person’s or business entity’s name to post information or conduct business in any manner.
(f) If such User(s) is involved in unauthorized access, use, modification, or control of the Web Site database, network or related services.
(g) If such User(s) obtains by any means another registered User(s) Username and/or Password.
(h) Or any other User(s) activity that may not be in accordance with the ethics and honest business practices.
If Oddlancer terminates the membership of any registered User(s) including those User(s) who have subscribed for the paid services of Oddlancer, such person will not have the right to re-enrol or join the Web Site under a new account or name unless invited to do
so in writing by Oddlancer In any case of termination, no subscription/membership fee/charges paid by the User(s) will be refunded. User(s) acknowledge that inability to use the Web Site wholly or partially for whatever reason may have adverse effects on their business. User(s) hereby agree that in no event shall Oddlancer be liable to any User(s) or any third parties for any inability to use the Web Site (whether due to disruption, limited access, changes to or termination of any features on the Web Site or otherwise), any delays, errors or omissions with respect to any communication or transmission, or any damage (direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise) arising from the use of or inability to use the Web Site or any of its features.

Freelancer Refund Rights:
As we are an advanced service* provider after membership is taken hence we don’t have a refund policy on any service purchased by Freelancer.
*We will provide services until end duration which Freelancer(s) paid for;
Client/Employer/Recruiter Refund Rights:
Refunds on ordered Project
If the refund is approved by the freelancer or agency which can choose to issue a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund at all, then it's automatically credited back to your billing method immediately.
- It may take 7-10 business days for the credit to be available to you.
Refunds on closed Project
If you close the project while waiting for a refund, you'll still only have the usual 7 days to leave feedback. If you wait longer than that, you'll lose your ability to leave public feedback on the project.
The freelancer or agency can enable feedback changes if you leave feedback and want to change it later.
Based on your request, your freelancer or agency can then choose to issue a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund at all. Even without a formal request,
Approved refund requests:
If the refund is approved by the freelancer or agency, it's automatically credited back to your billing method immediately.
